Frida Kahlo Wynwood Residences

The Challenge
The world's first residential tower inspired by Frida Kahlo demanded more than standard sales center visuals. PMG needed content that could honor Kahlo's expressive legacy while fitting seamlessly into Wynwood's art-driven culture. Louder wasn't the answer. The right visuals were.

Content with Architectural Intent
The Vision
PMG wanted visuals that lived in conversation with the space, not competing with it. The vision was to create an immersive experience that drew from Frida Kahlo's artistic legacy and Wynwood's cultural core, treating content as part of the design language rather than an afterthought.
Art That Belongs
The Experience
BSX designed custom anamorphic content for the sales center entrance, translating Kahlo's expressive spirit into a digital experience that feels grounded and intentional. Lush tropical imagery, bold florals, and Kahlo herself welcome visitors into a space where every visual element reinforces the project's art-forward narrative, designed by Carlos Ott with CUBE 3.
When Content Elevates the Environment
The Impact
The project is dominating headlines, and it's not just the architecture. The visual experience has become inseparable from the brand, proving that when content is treated as part of the design language, it elevates the entire environment. This isn't spectacle for spectacle's sake. It's storytelling that sells.
