Twenty Sixth & 2nd

The Challenge
Wynwood is defined by bold public art. The sales center entrance needed to make a statement that would resonate with buyers who value creativity and cultural connection.
Art That Announces Arrival
The Vision
PMG wanted the sales center entrance to feel like an extension of Wynwood's famous street art scene. The vision was to create a digital installation that would honor the neighborhood's artistic legacy while demonstrating the creativity that defines TwentySixth & 2nd.
A Digital Reimagining of Local Art
The Experience
BSX designed custom anamorphic content for the sales center entrance that digitally reimagines Ginkgo by David Popper, a sculpture located just steps away. Inspired by the ginkgo tree, a living fossil that has thrived for over two million years, the installation symbolizes strength, resilience, and timeless beauty. Through anamorphic design, the artwork comes alive in a new dimension.
Setting the Tone for Wynwood Living
The Impact
The entrance installation immediately signals that TwentySixth & 2nd belongs in Wynwood. Buyers who value the neighborhood's creative energy respond to the artistic statement. The installation generates social media content and word-of-mouth that attracts the culturally-engaged buyers PMG wants to reach.
